The Oregon Business Association’s annual Statesman Dinner will be held on Thursday, October 21, 2010 at the Oregon Convention Center in the Oregon Ballroom. The social hour will begin at 6:00 p.m. and the dinner and program will begin at 7:00 p.m.
Congressman Paul Ryan (R-WI), the well-known rising star of the GOP, will offer the keynote address at this year’s event. Mr. Ryan recently introduced “A Roadmap for America’s Future,” a comprehensive budget proposal, called “daring solutions” by Washington Post analyst Ezra Klein.
Gert Boyle, Chairman of the Board at Columbia Sportswear, will be honored at the event as the 2010 Statesman of the Year. Gert’s “tough mother” attitude is an inspiration to every Oregonian to make the best of even the most difficult situations.
The Statesman Dinner is Oregon’s largest gathering of business, political and civic leaders across Oregon, with over 1,000 people in attendance. Sponsorships for tables of 10 are currently available at the following price levels:
- Statesman Sponsor Table
- For $5,000, a Statesman Sponsor table can be purchased and will be featured in the evening’s program and on the slideshow presentation in the main ballroom. The Statesman Sponsor tables will have preferential placement in the ballroom.
- Leadership Sponsor Table
- For $2,500, a Leadership Sponsor table can be purchased and will be acknowledged in the evening’s program.
- Patron Sponsor Table
- For $1,250 a Patron Sponsor table can be purchased.
- Individual Ticket
- Individual tickets can be purchased for $125.
